Booking and Rental Agreement: By using our car booking service, you agree to abide by the terms and conditions outlined herein. This constitutes a legally binding agreement between you and thirdvisionlogistics

Booking Confirmation: All bookings are subject to availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel bookings at our discretion. Upon confirmation of your booking, you will receive a confirmation email containing details of your reservation.

Driver Requirements: Only drivers meeting the minimum age requirement and possessing a valid driver’s license will be allowed to rent our vehicles. Additional driver surcharges may apply.

Payment and Fees: Payment for the rental must be made in full prior to the commencement of the rental period. Any additional fees such as fuel charges, late return fees, or damage fees will be charged as per our pricing policy.

Cancellation Policy: Cancellations made within 2 hours of the scheduled pickup time may be subject to a cancellation fee. Please refer to our cancellation policy for more details.

Insurance Coverage: All rentals include basic insurance coverage. Additional insurance options may be available at an extra cost. It is your responsibility to understand the terms and coverage of the insurance policy.

Vehicle Usage: The rented vehicle must be used in accordance with local traffic laws and regulations. Any misuse of the vehicle, including but not limited to reckless driving, off-road driving, or overloading, may result in the termination of the rental agreement.

Vehicle Return: The vehicle must be returned at the agreed-upon time and location. Late returns may incur additional charges. Any damage to the vehicle must be reported immediately upon return.

Liability: Third vision logistics  shall not be held liable for any loss, damage, or injury arising from the use of our rental vehicles, except where such loss, damage, or injury is directly attributable to our negligence.

Force Majeure: We shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing our obligations under this agreement due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to acts of nature, government restrictions, or labor disputes.
